siCoord / trust plane

Super Intelligence Coordinator

Agents act for people. Trust should travel with the action.

siCoord is a neutral trust plane for AI agents. It governs each action and carries evidence of what ran.

01 / The problem

Agents have changed the trust question.

Agents hold credentials and act for people. The internet’s identity model assumed the credential holder was deterministic software.

01

Authority needs a boundary.

The model assumed software held credentials. Agents now hold them and act for people.

02

Rules need to hold.

An agent can be talked out of its own rules by the data it reads.

03

Claims need evidence.

A large model’s output cannot be re-run to check it. “Which model produced this” remains an unverified claim.

02 / What siCoord does

Three jobs. Clear outcomes.

Enforcement, discovery and dispatch, and verifiable execution.

01 / Enforcement

Decisions an agent cannot argue with.

Every action is subject to deterministic authorization, consent and revocation. Evidence accompanies every decision.

02 / Discovery and dispatch

Find a service. Approve an action.

An agent describes its data and needed outcome. siCoord proposes fitting services and action contracts. The person approves; siCoord validates and carries out the request.

03 / Verifiable execution

Evidence others can check.

Portable evidence records what ran, for a third party to check without trusting the operator.

03 / Principles

Trust should serve the person.

Evidence formats are open and royalty-free.

siCoord charges for verification, custody and evidence, never for watching users.

Every security control ships on by default.

Who it is for

Teams embedding copilots and agents in software products. Teams connecting agents to real systems. Anyone who must prove which model ran.
